Jonathan Dopson to lead Professions Team

Protean Risk, part of the Aston Lark group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Dopson as Client Director to lead our Professions team. The Professions team services a broad range of clients based in the UK and EEA region. Jonathan will be responsible for growing a portfolio of direct clients, as well as aiding Aston Lark group clients to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes from the London insurance market.

Jonathan specialises in Professional Indemnity insurance. He has over a decade of experience within the London market and has held various senior positions with Lloyd’s of London brokers. His experience extends to leading teams looking after both renewal and new business for a broad array of Professional Services sectors. 

Aside from the management roles held, Jonathan has handled many of the larger and more complex placements on a day-to-day basis, balancing both the importance of the cost of the insurance programme along with the technical knowledge to ensure quality of cover for the client.
