Protean Risk are pleased to publish the results of our first client satisfaction survey.
The survey was independently verified and reaches into all aspects of our operations in terms of service quality, client communication, the skills and expertise of Protean Risks specialist team and overall client experience.
Over 90% of clients said:
- Our service is good or excellent
- We are experts in their business sector
- We go the extra mile to help our clients
They are impressed with how we keep them informed during key service episodes e.g. during the insurance application process, renewal and the management of claims
They had or were very likely to recommend our services.
There were high scores against all satisfaction criteria including, providing our clients with a professional service, understanding their business needs and providing relevant solutions, and building long-lasting trusted relationships.
