2019 client survey highlights Protean Risk’s exceptional service

Protean Risk, a specialist insurance broker for firms in the investment industry, financial services, fintech and technology sectors, have published the results of their first client satisfaction survey since November 2015.

Feedback from the survey, which was commissioned to over 600 clients showed an overall improvement from the one that took place three years ago, which had also garnered positive responses.

The most notable feedback was that 98% of responding clients said they would recommend Protean Risk.

Key Highlights

When asked to appraise performance in terms of service quality, expertise and communication, responding clients provided ratings that either improved or were broadly in line from the previous survey taken in 2015:

Would you recommend Protean Risk to another company?



When it came to rating overall quality of service, 90% of responding clients said that Protean Risk were ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’ and 91% rated their account manager as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.
